HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER AT FUEL Store?

You can buy our merchandise, apparel, and wellness products online and also our wellness products at participating physician offices.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept the following cards: VISA, Mastercard Discover, Apple Pay.

WHEN WILL PAYMENT BE TAKEN?

If your credit/debit card is authorised, the payment will be taken immediately and you will receive an e-mail confirming your order has been successful. If your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken and you will be notified immediately on the screen that the payment was unsuccessful. You will be asked to provide another method of payment. We will not charge you for any failed payment transactions.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We deliver to the US and Canada currently. 

WHO WILL DELIVER MY PURCHASES?

This depends on the product(s) you have ordered from us, the weight, size and the location of your delivery address. We have various carriers with specific specialisms to ensure your item arrives to your door on time and in perfect condition.

MY ORDER STATUS STATES MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. WHAT DO I DO?

If you selected standard delivery, please allow 7- 10 business days from the order date for your delivery. If you received a card from the courier advising you of a missed delivery, please contact the courier using the telephone number on the card. If you selected a named, express or next day service and you received a card from the courier advising you of a missed delivery on the requested day, please call the courier using the telephone number on the card.
